dc.description.abstract	This report is aimed at Designing a Database Management System for the Inventory Control. The activities of the organization assigned for the purpose was studied and the responsibilities, objectives, complete data flow and the problems encountered were identified. The project was carried out with the most feasible system proposed which is a computerized Network System, aiming for a system with little amount of maintenance, after implementation. Relevant Diagrams, Tables and Charts were constructed at each phase of study which enhanced the overall structure of the proposed system. Since the adaptability of the proposed system to the existing system environment has been carefully handled, bearing the future requirements in mind, it is believed that it will play a vital role within the Company providing a useful service, once implemented.
