Abstract:
This paper seeks to provide a comprehension of Employee Discipline
Administration (EDA) which is a crucial aspect of human resource management
in an industrializing country in the new millennium. Effective EDA has its
unique significance for good labour relations and employee productivity. The
paper has its main area of focus on three key dimensions of the EDA such as
discipline policy, discipline procedure and discipline practice. A few
suggestions are also given as an agenda of action for effective EDA.
